CCNL THE DISPUTE NOT STOP THE HEALTH
Dear Colleagues,
preintesa in the face of the national collective agreement 2008-2009 and the supplementary contract of 17 October 2008 Ccnl we tell you that the Action Health does not stop, even goes on with more determination, because the reasons that we have-no motivation to create this movement were and remain and many do not end with the request to renew the contract of employment.
With more strength we continue our focus on industrial action and other important topics: •
require greater attention to the issue of financing of the NHS to promote a national plan for the restructuring, modernization and the safety of public health assets ;
• Ask permanent solutions to eliminate politics from health, from the appointment of managers and private waters that must be given to criteria based solely on professional merit;
• demand the repeal of the provision authorizing the General Managers handing it to colleagues 40 years of contributions;
• require an acceleration of the parliamentary draft laws on clinical governance and clinical risk for recognition of a different and more effective role in decision-making and category-ing you in reducing the risk for both operators and for us citizens;
• insist that a solution to the scandalous condition of thousands of temporary workers.
Dear Colleagues, the problems are many and very difficult to obtain and groped for a positive solution is essential to your cooperation, your commitment, your presence motivated the initiatives that we will continue to promote. The first is the manifestation of February 16 in Milan to be followed, on March 9, the national demonstration in Rome.
We must resist the temptation to be complacent and fully committed to achieving our goals.
See you in Milan and Rome to continue our peaceful struggle.
Thanks.
