How many times threatened by the Minister Brunetta, was published the decree that defines the new time slots of availability in case of sick leave for civil servants.

The new times are:

from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 18.

The requirement also exists in the availability of non-working days and holidays.

are excluded from the obligation to respect the availability times of employees to which the absence or 'due to one of the following circumstances:

a) serious illnesses that require life-saving therapies;

b) Accidents at work;

c) diseases for which it 'was decided because diservizio;

d) or underlying disease states related to the situation of a recognized disability.

Also excluded employees in respect of which tax has already been carried out the survey for the period specified in the certificate of prognosis.

The new schedule will become operational

from next February 4.

Disciplinary and resumed talks January 20, 2010 January 19

was held today for over 7 hours all'Aran the technical panel on disciplinary sanctions to implement in 2008 -2009 contract with some progress but still different nodes dissolve.
I am attaching the initial text presented by ARAN today, with bold changes from the previous text of December 2009 (the reading continues to be indigestible!).
The road is very difficult, marked by unequal poles introduced by Legislative Decree No. 150/09 of the Minister Brunetta, unchangeable by the contract.
The Aran has also announced the resumption of the table for general contract on January 20 afternoon, with planning for a further meeting for January 26. On the morning of January 20 has been confirmed the meeting with the Minister of Health Fazio. The mobilization of January 19 remains, with all his reasons, with meetings in hospitals.
